In order to improve response time Keltik support is now available remotely.

Using the latest remote access software from Citrix, which provides secure end to end SSL 128bit encryption between the client and the support representative, we can now diagnose and solve many of the issues faced by our clients faster than ever before.

Initially only available to contract clients, it is hoped to make the service available to non-contract customers in the near future.
